We only need the 4 things, listed below. You can fax them to us at 770-698-0211.

1. cover sheet stating you are interested in becoming a retailer
2. copy of your business license
3. copy of your state resale tax certificate
4. $300 minimum initial order

Returns

For credit or exchange, all damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please call for authorized approval.

Shipping

All orders are shipped UPS.  You should recieve in-stock items within 7-10 business days. 

Backorders

Items not shipped will not be charged and will be placed on “backorder” unless customer cancels the remainder of the order.
